12 bao buns

6 Leader Fish Cakes

Salad greens

FURIKAKE TARTARE

250g Kewpie mayonnaise

6 hard-boiled eggs, crumbled

¾ white onion, finely chopped

12 gherkins, finely chopped

2 tsp furikake seasoning

Steam bao buns according to packet instructions.

Prepare Leader Fish Cakes according to packet instructions. Cut in half.

Stir together mayonnaise, crumbled egg, onion, gherkin and furikake seasoning.

Tuck salad leaves and Fish Cake halves into the bao buns. Spoon over furikake tartare to serve.
