Bullshot Cocktail with Patties Party Pie Garnish

Makes 12

1 x 700ml bottle good-quality vodka

1.4L chilled beef consommé

180ml fresh lemon juice

1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp sea salt

12 grinds freshly cracked black pepper

Celery salt

GARNISH

12 Patties Party Pies

12 pickled cocktail onions

Parsley

Chill 12 short cocktail tumblers.

Shake all cocktail ingredients with ice. Rim the chilled glasses with celery salt, then strain the cocktail evenly between the glasses.

To garnish, skewer 1 Patties Party Pie with 1 pickled cocktail onion and a parsley leaf. Balance on top of the glass to serve.
