7 Star Country Bake with Garden Salad

Serves 10 

1 x 2.6kg 7 Star Country Bake 

800g loosely packed salad greens 

4 roma tomatoes, sliced 

700g pepperoncini 

2 red onions, thinly sliced 

350g pitted kalamata olives 

85g shaved parmesan  

Sourdough croutons 



1 tbsp dried Italian herbs 

180ml light olive oil 

80ml white vinegar 

60ml water 

2 tbsp mayonnaise  

1 tsp sugar  

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper  


To prepare dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar and shake very well. 

Combine salad ingredients (except croutons) in a large bowl.  Drizzle over the dressing and gently toss to coat.  Serve with croutons scattered over the top and 7 Star Country Bake.
