Patties Party Pie Gazpacho Shots

Ingredients

24 Patties Party Pies

350ml chilled tomato juice

2 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped

1 small red capsicum, roughly chopped

½ red onion, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Tabasco

200ml chilled vodka

1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced to serve

Instructions

Prepare Patties Party Pies to packet instructions.

Combine tomato juice, tomatoes, capsicum, red onion, garlic and sauces in a blender and pulse until combined and the mixture is thick. Season generously with freshly cracked black pepper. Stir through the vodka then pour into 24 shot glasses.

Sprinkle over the diced cucumber then top with a Patties Party Pie chaser.
