  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 90ml milk
  • 90ml thickened cream
  • 160ml beer
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 250g grated Manchego cheese (substitute Tasty cheese)
  • Diced jalapeno, to garnish
  • Pinch sea salt
