1 x 1.3kg 7 Star Beef Stroganoff
1 tbsp sweet paprika
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus extra to garnish
500g dried fettucine
Flat leaf parsley, to garnish
Cook fettucine to al dente. Drain and return to the pan.
Heat butter, paprika, salt and pepper in a small saucepan until melted. Pour over the cooked fettucine and shake to coat the pasta.
Divide pasta between 5 bowls, spoon over Beef Stroganoff and scatter with parsley leaves, to serve.
